Astrakeep alliances: teamwork, chat, territories and wars

Astrakeep alliances bring together players who help each other: every help cuts your construction time, chat translates between languages, and rallies let you attack as a group. The game also plans territories to conquer, an alliance war and an alliance boss. Here's how to pick your alliance and get the most out of it.

This page is part of the Astrakeep guide. Group attacks are covered in detail on the troops and raids page.

Joining or creating an alliance

"Join an alliance or create your own: members help each other finish construction and chat together." Search for an alliance by name or tag. There are two kinds:

  • Open: "anyone can join right away".
  • Closed: "the leader or an officer accepts requests". Your request waits until one of them answers.

To create your own: a name of 3 to 24 characters, a tag of 2 to 4 letters or digits (it appears in front of members' names, like [ABC]), an optional description of up to 200 characters, and an emblem.

Ranks: Leader, Officer, Member

  • Leader: makes or removes officers, can kick members and hand over leadership.
  • Officer: accepts or declines join requests for a closed alliance.
  • Member: helps out, chats and joins rallies.

If the leader leaves, the role passes to an officer, or to the longest-standing member.

Alliance help

This is the most tangible day-to-day perk. Start a construction, then request help: each help you receive takes time off ("+3 alliance helps: −…"), up to a set number of helps per build. The "Help everyone" button lets you return the favor in one tap. The islands and buildings page explains how to combine this help with your construction plans.

Donations and alliance levels

"The alliance levels up through helps given and donations from its members." Donations are made in wood, stone or mana, with a daily limit. The game plans several alliance levels, which raise the member cap and the number of helps per build.

Chat, translation and private messages

The alliance has its own chat, alongside the "World" and "Messages" (private) tabs. Players come from everywhere: the "Translate" button translates a message, and the "Auto-translate" option does it for you, within a daily limit. There are chat rooms for each of the game's 8 languages, plus an "International" one, and each alliance can set its language.

You choose "Who can send you private messages?": everyone, your alliance or nobody.

Reporting and blocking

Any message can be reported and reviewed by the studio; in case of abuse, the message can be hidden, chat blocked, or the account suspended. There are seven reasons to choose from: spam or advertising, insults or bullying, hate speech, sexual content, threats or violence, cheating, other reason. You can also block a player (you won't see their messages anymore) and report an alliance whose name or description breaks the rules. The game reminds you never to share personal details.

Rallies

From the world map, tap a village and then "Rally": your allies get a set amount of time to add their troops to yours. You can never attack a member of your own alliance.

Territories, wars and bosses: planned in the game

These three modes are in the game and are switched on from the server: they may not be open to everyone right now.

Territories

"Join an alliance to conquer zones." There are four kinds of zones: Sanctuary, Mine, Fortress and Citadel. "Zones are fought over every day at 12:30 and 20:30 (Paris time), for one hour." A neutral zone is defended by its guardians; a held zone by the alliance's garrison. "Every day, each member of the holding alliance receives" a reward.

Alliance war

A war runs through phases: registration, preparation, battle, results. "Only the leader and officers can register the alliance", and a minimum number of members is required. During the battle, you attack members of the opposing alliance from the world map: 10 points per star, plus 1 for every 10% of destruction, and 5 points for each defense you hold. Beginners and shielded villages stay protected. At the end: victory, draw or defeat, alliance XP and war chests.

Alliance boss

"The whole alliance hits the same boss: its HP stays until it leaves." You start or join rallies against it, and all your troops come back with no losses. Total damage unlocks reward tiers (resources, gems, shards), and a ranking shows who hit hardest.

Picking the right alliance

  • Active members: the more helps, the faster your construction.
  • A shared language, or auto-translate switched on.
  • Clear goals: some alliances chase renown and the leaderboard, others are about laid-back teamwork.

If playing alongside others appeals to you, our feature on strategy games with alliances covers the genre. Newcomers will find their bearings in the beginner guide, and the Astrakeep page announces the launch.

Frequently asked questions

How do I join an alliance in Astrakeep?

Open the Alliance screen, search by name or tag, then tap "Join". An open alliance lets you in right away; for a closed one, the leader or an officer has to accept your request.

What is alliance help for?

Each help you receive shortens your construction. Helps you give also level up the alliance.

When do territory battles happen?

Every day at 12:30 and 20:30 Paris time, for one hour. Territories are planned in the game and switched on from the server, so they may not be open to everyone right now.

Can I chat with players who speak other languages?

Yes: the "Translate" button and auto-translate translate messages, within a daily limit. To meet other players, drop by the Astrakeep forum too.
